Resolving Conflict with Coworker
My Point of View
Yesterday, we had an emergency revision on a project, and I was in a remote area with slow internet. Luckily, I was able to communicate with my coworkers through classmates' mobile hotspots. They were rushing, and I was only able to view the messages an hour later after numerous calls from coworkers. They were all anxious, yet I was chilled.
I even suggested that they could kick me off the team if I repeated my inactivity. We then had a Discord voice call to fix our system, and we resolved it in a chill way. I'm grateful that they are open-minded and considerate.
I don’t take things too seriously.
At this moment in my life, I’m willing to trade my time for money. I'm aware that things might not last for a long time, and when the day comes that I lose or leave my freelancing life, I know it won’t make me depressed or lost. I’m grateful that the money I earn from it has given me experiences I wouldn’t have otherwise had. This makes me appreciate it while it’s still here and I always try to avoid attachment at all cost.
This is definitely not the key to riches, but it can give me a head start on my way there.
